About Us
our story
We are a Non Governmental Organization founded with an aim to achieve inclusivity and equity amongst children living with disabilities in grassroots communities.
Children With Disabilities Support Organization (CWDSO) is a Non-Governmental Organization founded in the year 2014. We have registered children with disabilities in several different special needs schools and others we have under the home-based care program.
CWDSO does distribute wheelchairs, Pair of Crutches, White-Canes, and pairs of Calipers and KAFOS, and also support children with Catheters and Gels for those living with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. For those children who need to undergo corrective limb surgeries, we liaise with our partners to see that that is achieved.
We create awareness through roadshows, seminars, Global disability day celebrations in efforts to fight of stigmatization and create hope.
